According to Qichacha information, the corporate status of JD Coin Chain Technology (Hong Kong) Limited is "still registered." JD previously announced plans to issue a cryptocurrency stablecoin pegged to the Hong Kong dollar at a 1:1 ratio. JD Coin Chain participated in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's stablecoin issuer "sandbox," but did not make it onto the list of the first batch of licensed stablecoin issuers.
