KAST Does Not Issue Tokens, User Points Will Be Converted to KAST Pioneer Units
KAST founder Raagulan Pathy stated that KAST will not issue a platform token and plans to convert user points into KAST Pioneer Units issued by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) associated with KAST. The plan has completed legal reviews in multiple countries and received investor approval, with users expected to confirm the conversion through the application in early December. Pathy mentioned that KAST will arrange regular redemption activities but cannot promise specific redemption amounts, timing, or returns. The company hopes this mechanism will allow community users to share in the development achievements of KAST while avoiding the misalignment of interests that may arise from traditional token issuance.
