Santiment: Bitcoin Holders Realize $7.86 Billion in Net Profit
Santiment's October report shows that despite the absence of "Uptober" and a 7% drop in Bitcoin prices, holders still realized approximately $7.86 billion in net profit. The report notes that all assets tracked during the month experienced declines. The Binance attack incident caused mentions related to "hackers" to surge to 2,995 on October 30, nearly double the peak of the Bybit incident. Weighted sentiment hit a three-month low on October 29, before turning positive on the 31st, marking the most optimistic day of the month. Whales holding between 10 to 10,000 BTC accumulated approximately 91,500 BTC from September 18 to October 31, currently holding 68.13% of the supply. Ethereum recorded a net loss of about $510 million, with 16 out of 18 days in a loss state since October 14.
