Willy Woo Simulates Bitcoin's Future 5000 Times, Median Reaches $1.48 Million by 2034
Bitcoin analyst Willy Woo introduced a BTC Monte Carlo simulation model based on Sminston With, using a random number generator to simulate future price movements of Bitcoin. The model underwent three adjustments: incorporating the BTC cyclical market structure, reconstructing the true probability distribution of BTC, and using data from 2018 to 2022 as input while excluding earlier market conditions to reflect the modern market environment. The model retained a power-law scaling mechanism, reflecting the diminishing returns phenomenon of BTC cycles. Willy Woo pointed out that the 28th percentile of the simulated paths indicates that the next bottom may find support near the previous peak. Experiments from Sminston With showed that in 5000 simulations, not a single price fell below approximately $80,000, with a median result of about $1,480,000 and the lowest 5% of results around $464,000. These results are generated based on specific assumptions and historical data and are not deterministic price predictions; the model's conclusions are influenced by input data, the diminishing returns assumption, and changes in market structure.
